My big brother went to Oregon University and, I knew that this would be the perfect gift for him. This is a wonderful item that really works! The velcro strap has a protective flap over it, so nothing gets on it like dog hair. This is really a great item, although Max, my brother didn't know that it had the flap over the velcro, this is a very handy tool, but my brother didn't figure out that it was there, so he couldn't get it back to being a "pet."
